According to the federal court Tanya Plibersek didn’t even bother reading the NSW Fractured Rock Water Resource Plan before approving it. Plibersek failed to have the plan in front of her when accrediting it—something she was legally required to do.

We need a water minister that can actually pay attention to the issues we face.
